NMN / NR Dose Calculator

Choose NMN or NR to compare common amounts used in human trials. These NAD+ precursors are not weight-based, and long-term evidence remains limited.

How this estimate works

NMN goal: 500 mg once each morning; human NMN trials have commonly used 250–900 mg/day, and the 2023 dose-ranging study found the largest NAD+ increase in the 600 mg and 900 mg groups. NR goal: 300 mg once each morning; trials have used 300–1,000 mg/day. These doses raise NAD+ markers in some studies; that does not establish longer life or a personal benefit.

Frequently asked questions

Is this dose based on body weight?

No. The NMN and NR amounts shown are fixed daily amounts from human studies, not weight-based recommendations.

Why does the calculator show a range?

Human trials have tested different amounts. A trial dose is not proof of a longevity benefit or a personal target.

Should I take NMN or NR while pregnant?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding safety data are not established. The calculator does not provide a dose for these situations.
